A real human in our Fresno office picks up. We pull your address, see what work we've done before, and schedule the arrival window — typically same-day for service, next-day for installs.
Two-hour arrival window.
You get a text 30 minutes before the tech leaves the previous job. The text includes the tech's name, photo, and the truck plate. Track-the-truck link if you want to watch them roll up.
Diagnostic on arrival.
Tech walks the work with you. Diagnoses the issue out loud, shows you what they see, and explains options before quoting. No "I need to check with the office" surprises.
Flat-rate quote, in writing.
Every job gets a flat-rate quote. You approve it before we start. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice — no time-and-materials surprises.
Work performed, cleaned up.
Drop cloths on the carpet. Vacuums on the way out. Photos of completed work uploaded to your account so you have them for insurance, resale, or just your own records.
Follow-up at day 7.
A real text from the tech: "Everything still working as expected?" If it isn't, we come back. No charge.

Tankless and tank water heaters in stock for same-day replacement. Drain machines (1.5" through 4"). Slab leak detection equipment. Common gasket and trim sets for every major fixture brand.

200A meter mains, GFCI/AFCI breakers for every panel brand we work on, EV charger rough-ins, and certified panel-to-conduit conversion materials. Master electrician signs off on every job.
Design + install on one truck.
Roof survey equipment, panel-array design software running on the tech's tablet, common micro-inverter and rapid-shutdown components, and Tesla / Enphase battery commissioning kits.
Trucks are dispatched per the job — most service calls send one truck. Complex installs may bring two. Every truck carries the same diagnostic tablet, so any tech can see your full history at any house.

In line on emergencies.
Plan members get priority dispatch when something goes wrong. We restructure the day around active emergencies — plan members get the first slot that opens.
Trip fees on plan visits.
Regular diagnostic visits run $89 to start a call. Plan members never see a trip fee — the seasonal visits and any plan-period emergency response are bundled into the monthly fee.
Most members break even on the plan with one repair per year. The average member calls us 3.4 times a year.
